# MindSeat

> MindSeat rents remote-work equipment in Bali — monitors (LG 32" 4K UHD, AOC 27" QHD, 24" FHD), Laptop Stand, Wide Lens Camera, Logitech MX Keys & MX Master, Apple Magic Trackpad, Height Adjustable Desk and Premium Ergonomic Chair — as monthly or weekly packages or à la carte, with free same-day delivery to the customer's villa. Customers are digital nomads and remote teams staying in Bali for weeks or months.

Key facts:
- Prices are in USD. Rent by the week or by the month; the minimum rental is 1 week.
- The weekly price is 40 % of the monthly price. Leftover weeks beyond whole months are never charged more than one month.
- Long-term discount for upfront payment: 3+ months −15 %, 6+ months −20 %.
- Free same-day delivery and pickup in Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Uluwatu and Sanur (minimum order Rp 700 000). Other areas for a fee — share the location for a quote.
- One free villa move per month for monthly renters.
- Damaged items are replaced free of charge unless the damage was caused by intentional misuse or neglect.
- Payment: international transfer, local transfer, cash or card. No online payment: every order is confirmed by MindSeat staff over WhatsApp.
- Weekly price = round(monthly × 0.4). Leftover weeks beyond whole months are capped at one month. Long-term discount (upfront payment only): 3+ months −15 %, 6+ months −20 %.
