Villa dining tables are 75 cm and made for eating, not typing. Kitchen counters are 90 cm and made for standing. Neither is right for eight hours; this desk is whichever you need at the moment you need it.
How it works
- Order online or WhatsApp us the villa address.
- Same-day delivery. Free same-day delivery and pickup in Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Uluwatu and Sanur (minimum order Rp 700 000). Other areas for a fee — share the location for a quote. We carry it in, assemble it and set your sitting and standing heights.
- One free villa move per month on monthly rentals. Our driver moves the desk (renters tell us he moves the suitcases too).
- Message us the day before you leave and we collect it.
What a real desk changes
Your back
Sitting on a dining chair at a dining table is how most nomads' Bali back pain starts. Alternating sitting and standing is the cheapest fix there is; the five desk exercises here are the second cheapest.
Your calls
At standing height your webcam is at eye level and your voice carries. Add the wide-lens webcam if the villa has no good light.
Your monitor
The 140 cm top takes a 27" or 32" monitor on its stand plus your laptop on a laptop stand.
Your bill
A basic electric desk is IDR 2.5 to 4 million to buy at IKEA or Tokopedia, a dual-motor one IDR 8 million and up, and you cannot take it home. Three months here is $150, delivered, assembled, moved and collected.
Save more with a package
The desk fixes the height; the chair fixes the eight hours. The ergonomic chair is $70/month, or take both as The Essential for $99/month ($40/week), which is $21 less than renting them separately. Add a 27" QHD monitor and it becomes The Productive at $199/month.

Is there a minimum rental period for your equipment?
Minimum period is 1 week. We offer both weekly and monthly prices for our equipment, so you can choose what works best for you.
How big is the desk?
The top is 140 × 60 cm and the height range is 73 to 118 cm, so it works sitting and standing. It is a single-motor electric desk with solid steel legs.
Do you offer delivery and pick up services?
Absolutely! We've got you covered. Free same-day delivery and pickup in Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Uluwatu and Sanur (minimum order Rp 700 000). Other areas for a fee — share the location for a quote.
Do I need to assemble it?
No. We deliver it assembled and set your sitting and standing heights for you.
Does it need power?
Yes, one socket. An extension cord is included.
Can I rent a larger desk?
The large desk is normally reserved for The Professional package. It can sometimes be rented on its own depending on availability; it is not listed on the site, so ask us on WhatsApp.
What if I move villa?
One free move per month on monthly rentals. Our driver moves the desk.
Do you offer any discount for long-term rentals?
We offer some fantastic discounts for our long-term rental customers. - 3 months rent get 15% discount. - 6 months rent get 20% discount. Applied for upfront payments only!
What happens if something is damaged while I'm renting?
Just inform us and we'll take care of it and replace the item for free - as long the damage wasn't caused by intentional misuse or neglect.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a deposit?
No. There is no deposit on any rental.
