A Yoga Alliance school teaching traditional hatha and tantra through its own system, in which every class is built on an element.
The element classes are Earth, Air, Water, Fire, Ether and Krama, and the timetable also has yin, flow and pranayama, with kirtan and ecstatic dance. The school runs 200 and 300-hour trainings, and the Alchemy restaurant is across the road.
The five-class pass also works at Alchemy's Uluwatu studio.
The studio doesn't admit anyone more than ten minutes late, so arrive on time.
