The original spa on Jalan Sandat has a garden with a koi pond, and Hesa Downtown opened on Monkey Forest Road in August 2025.
Jalan Sandat is the quieter of the two, a 10-minute walk from the main road along narrow lanes. Downtown is easier to reach by car.
