Take the circuit in order: sauna, cold bath, steam room, ice bath, pool. The cold bath runs at 10°C, so use it on the days the 4°C ice bath is too much. The club also has a gym, studios and a medically staffed IV clinic.
It sits at the Berawa junction, so if you're coming from Pererenan or Seseh, go before 16:00 or after 19:00.
