Will Goldfarb, formerly of El Bulli and Tetsuya's, serves a tasting menu built around dessert in a garden compound, with cocktail, natural wine or spirit-free pairings.
The menu starts with savoury snacks and moves on to plated desserts. It's currently the 15-course Summer menu, and the whole table takes the same one. Goldfarb appears in Netflix's Chef's Table: Pastry. The garden has a Miyawaki micro-forest, the Powder Room bakery is next door, and it's 12 and over.
Give at least a week's notice for dietary needs.
