The tasting menu, The Source 2.0, is cooked in a building with a fermentation kitchen, a mushroom chamber, a rooftop food forest and a research lab called LabX. The restaurant won Asia's 50 Best Sustainable Restaurant Award in 2025.
Book well ahead, or go to the bar, which takes walk-ins.
Dress is relaxed, but leave beachwear, singlets and alcohol-branded clothing at home.
