- Book well ahead; it's one of the hardest tables on the island
It's a small room of 40 to 60 seats, and the cooking draws on the whole archipelago, with spices you won't find on other menus in Canggu. If you don't want the full tasting menu, there's an à la carte list with dishes like pipi sapi kalio, a beef cheek curry. The Diatas rooftop bar is upstairs for a drink after.
It's one of the hardest tables on the island, so book well ahead.
