You eat in the temple or up on its rooftop terrace, which faces the beach. Chef Nyoman Antara makes the sushi and sashimi. Chef Colin Buchan, who came from the Gordon Ramsay group in London, cooks a contemporary menu alongside, and there's a sake and wine list for both.
