In a session of two to three hours you move between an infrared sauna, a dry sauna, a herbal steam sauna inside a sound dome, hot and cold plunge pools and an infinity pool with daybeds. There's also a yoga shala and a restaurant on the site.
Bookings are non-refundable and only valid for the session you book, so pick a slot you know you can make.
